    1. A collection of Ilaiah's newspaper columns, full of passionate criticism of the Indian caste system and Hindutva political philosophy. In his eagerness to denounce what he sees as fascistic elements in Hinduism, he sometimes falls into the trap of assuming that Christianity, Islam and the cultures that have grown from them are intrinsically superior. I'm not qualified to comment on most of what he says about India and Hinduism themselves, but I found this an intriguing read.
